Welcome to Atypicaldiabetic LLC (“Atypicaldiabetic,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, submitting your information, or entering any of our contests, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Contest Rules.

1. Terms of Service

Services Provided

Atypicaldiabetic provides educational coaching, digital courses, community access, and 1:1 coaching calls designed to support adults living with diabetes.

We are not a medical provider. Our services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Eligibility

• Services are available to adults 18 years and older.
  
  

• Services are primarily offered in the United States, though international participants may join where permitted.
  
  

• Children under 13 are not permitted to use our services.
  
  

Coaching Disclaimer

• We are not doctors or licensed healthcare providers.
  
  

• Our coaching and education should never be taken as medical advice.
  
  

• Do not change medications, diet, or exercise without consulting your physician.
  
  

• You assume full responsibility for your health decisions.
  
  

Payments and Refunds

• Services may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or promotional offers.
  
  

• Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  
  

• Refunds may be offered as described at the point of sale. If no policy is stated, refund requests will be reviewed case by case.
  
  

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, resell access, or share private health or contact information of others without consent.

Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge:

• Diabetes management carries inherent risks.
  
  

• You release and hold harmless Atypicaldiabetic LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for injury, illness, or death related to participation.
  
  

• You assume full responsibility for your choices and actions.
  
  

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Atypicaldiabetic LLC against claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services or reliance on our coaching.

Intellectual Property

All content (courses, materials, community resources, branding) remains the property of Atypicaldiabetic LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at atypicaldiabetic@gmail.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Arizona courts.

2. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Email: Sent only if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
  
  

• SMS/Text: Sent only if you explicitly opted in. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Standard message/data rates may apply.
  
  

Meta Pixel and Cookies

• We use Meta Pixel to measure ad performance.
  
  

• We do not send health or sensitive form responses to advertisers.
  
  

• Only anonymized events, such as “form submitted” or “page visited,” may be tracked.

3. Contest Rules

From time to time, Atypicaldiabetic may run contests where winners are chosen based on skill or merit.

Eligibility

• Open to U.S. residents age 18 and older.
  
  

• Void where prohibited.
  
  

• Employees and contractors of Atypicaldiabetic LLC are not eligible.
  
  

Sponsor

• Atypicaldiabetic LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
  
  

How to Enter

• Complete the official entry form provided by Atypicaldiabetic.
  
  

• One entry per person.
  
  

Judging Criteria and Rules

• Entries will be judged by Atypicaldiabetic staff based on:
  
  

  • Willingness to participate (50%)
    
    

  • Likelihood of success (50%)
    
    

• Judging is purely subjective and at the discretion of Atypicaldiabetic staff. All decisions are final.

• Must be  18+ 

• Must fill out the official  Entrance Form

• Must be Type 1  Diabetic
  
  

Prize

• The prize is free enrollment in the 30-Day T1D Transformation Program, valued at $1,599.

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Only 1 person will win the grand prize

• More than 1 person may win a prize (such as a discount reward for participating)
  
  

Winner Notification

• Winner will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact information provided.
  
  

• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be selected.
  
  

Publicity (Optional)

• The winner may be asked for permission to allow Atypicaldiabetic to use their name, likeness, or testimonial in marketing.
  
  

• This will only occur with the winner’s explicit written approval.
  
  

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Atypicaldiabetic LLC from liability related to participation in the contest or use of the prize.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. If the prize value exceeds $600, the winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9.

Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
